The juice I use that in question is Pluid and it is a notorious for destroying plastics, but we will see if the ultem holds up to it.

I have been out of the vaping scene for awhile and i see that alot of companies are using "Ultem" in alot of rda/rta's. I know that some flavorings are prone to melting/degrading plastics, does anyone know if the "Ultem" is will hold up or not?
The insulator is in and the battery is fresh, the wick maybe has a pin hole sized channel. The coil is relatively new, so theres no build up on it. Also there are no shorts ect.

Hoping yall can help me out here. I just got a Provari and ZAP and im runing a 3/4 wrap od 30ga. @ 4 volts and ita taking forever dor the coil to heat up and produce much vapor. Any help is greatly appreciated

Yep thats it. You can also get them at Home Depot or Lowes. Ye it will still be a brushed finish. Here is a pic of mine after using the scotch bright
