Tried some translators but they garble some of the words. I made out that he is saying hi and has some kind of polypropylene problem.

He is asking where to find PG in his country, he has vg & flavors

No translator will translate this correctly as it is a slang it means he ruin his shoes going from place to place looking for pg

You can replace pg with 5-10% distilled water.

I can't use PG, and I find 10% DW very helpful in my vape. Flavor, vape, and temperature are vastly improved and my coils last longer. It's better if you let a mix steep for a while, not just adding DW to the tank (although you can do that, you may get some popping and etc., depending).
