I finally tracked my problem down to the batteries. Luckily I have 2 V1's to switch parts back and forth with to diagnose. The new Trusfire batteries I have put out enough voltage, but apparently not sufficient amps to fire the atty (after just a couple weeks of use). I'm rocking again now with different batteries.
