Congratulations!
Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers
Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Well, at least you didn't come out with an appendage attached to your forehead.

ROB

Thanks @unsure! Gil I'll be a bit nervous to use it when it arrives because I'm not good at reading manuals and I got a manual and a video on how to drive it today!![]()
don't worry, Rob. Worst thing you can do is vape it from the wrong end.
. . . and you'll have a clue about that when the steam is poofing out of your caboose.![]()

This does seem to be an exceptional run. I may be a little bias too but that wood whisperin bee has been putting an exceptionally nice polish on the last few runs.![]()

Ok......now your just trying to scare me.Whatever happen to just plug and play?![]()
it's been an arduous journey, this CA finish. As far as I know, I'd been the only person who applies CA as a finish to anything other than pens and pool-cues (i.e. not spinning on a lathe, where application and sanding are much easier . . . . I'm dropping it like varnish, to an ellipsoid shape). There may be others out there; but there's zero shared knowledge about it . . . only about pens on mini-lathes. I was thinking I'd just about mastered it a while back, when I ran into some big-time problems with inconsistent batches of CA. I was having all kinds of mysterious problems, and I looked at every other possible cause before ascribing it to issues with the product itself varying from bottle to bottle (i.e. humidity, applicators, technique, build thickness, cure time, storage, yada). I finally confirmed that it was product inconsistency or contamination (from factory) when I had two diff. batch/lot#s in the shop (one good, one bad) and could do multiple applications with each. (which I had the nads to do as I'd already figured out how to climb back out of the problematic results)
So, right when I should have been establishing the final refinements to my technique, I was struggling with major mysterious problems. I've since tried a bunch of different brands of glue, and have settled in on a couple of different ones, each with it's own qualities (hardness, viscosity, flow, set-up time . . . . .. like 8 seconds VS 5 seconds, reactivity to various dyes and tannins). And I think I've finally had the opportunity to focus on choreographing best practice for best results rather than stumbling over two left feet and still trying to make it look good.
so, yeah, thanks for noticing, Pups.![]()
I watched the video today, and it looks much easier than the book would have you think (that thing is huge).Ok......now your just trying to scare me.Whatever happen to just plug and play?![]()
Perhaps the only positive aspect of finishing in CA is the fact that mistakes can be fairly easily corrected. Same applies to possible finish damage.
