I ordered the MM refill system/kit from a US vendor but now I'm thinking I should order the 5 pack from FT. They're from the same manufacturer (yftk) and even though not insulated like the MM ones, I think they'll be fine with regulated mods.
here's what I do with the coupl'a Cappy silicones that a dear man gave me . ..
(might be similar w/ the new FT silicones?)
Pull the whole assembly off the Pinch +pin/juicefeed
Unscrew and blow the tube as I'm pulling it (tip is still in empty bottle)
Refill about 80%
Pinch the top of the tube w/ finger/thumb AND pinch the bottle (raising juice level to the 90% mark) while easing the tube back into the juice. (this will net juice coming right up to the SS rim with the tube fully dropped in)
When cap is touching stainless rim, release tube pinching and engage threads.
The instant the threads are engaged, release bottle pinching (bubble will go down tube and come up in juice)
Screw closed ONLY until some resistance is felt (no more that that is necessary for a good seal, and it makes unscrewing the next time a hell of a lot easier)
Slide that puppy up the nippoh.
This may sound complicated, but it's actually as easy as pointing at dirt (after one runs thru it once or twice) and really really fast.
(might be similar w/ the new FT silicones?)

Silks are so much easier. Cap top unscrews without any problems and easy to put back on. I have one of those in my Nutter. I needed something easier to fill cause of how thirsty it is 
I just never remove the cap. See below for a fumbling one-handed video of me badly demonstrating the process of filling the cappy bottle through the squonk tubing. Trust me, it's much easier and less messy with 2 hands. No squeezing of your juice bottle required. Just gravity.
btw, I just refilled my bottle in the amount of time it took you to make ↑that face.
