I just never remove the cap. See below for a fumbling one-handed video of me badly demonstrating the process of filling the cappy bottle through the squonk tubing. Trust me, it's much easier and less messy with 2 hands. No squeezing of your juice bottle required. Just gravity.

Well allow me to say it .... that was a complete disaster of refilling a bottle.

Just refill, close the cap and vape. Do you actually leave liquids in the atty before refilling? When i refill my atty is dried up, it could use a bit of liquid going up while screwing. Saves me the initial squonk, not to mention the whole gymnastics things you do. sheesh.

Aal the "pinch" is so when you screw back on the bottle cap juice doesn't come out the tube.
