They have this misconception I am good luck to people. Not one person has been able to provide the slightest bit of proof, however.

so does this mean you survived your trip?

Yes, woke up Friday to 12 degrees in Fargo then drove through the heart of Bella which was dumping 18 inches of snow on the interstate that had traffic to 1 lane at 20 mph and got home 14 hours later. Fun times. Did I mention I was sick?

Back in 86' when I graduated from the University of Miami I spent a year in Grand Forks which is just north of Fargo at the University of North Dakota doing an Airline Qualification course. I never seen so much snow in my life and the cold was just indescribable. In those days Grand Forks was a tiny little town so we drove to Fargo every time we wanted a decent meal and a night out. The experience is forever perma-frozen in my mind
