Drying and pressing doesn't always work out though. It's flattened in my phone case ATM since I am out.

It's kinda like weed is illegal here (under it's a Schedule 1 substance, classified the same as various hard drugs), but it's being sold quite openly in some States, and is even regulated and taxed at the State level. The only way this can happen is if the FedGov takes an unwritten "hands off" policy.

I think it is indeed state law vs federal. Nic is banned in every state at a state level. Customs is federal.

Feds set the Poisons Standard. Class everything in groups. Anything below S8 (drugs) states decide.
