I'd just finished bragging how well I've done cutting out salt. And BP was 179/90 something. So need to do 24 hours at home, where I am not so anxious [emoji23]
Not as much as I like on food. My family are salt fiends. 18 months old refusing to eat? Try extra salt.
I do hope home test is more normal.

Last night was strange. Our cat normally sleeps (or at least hangs out) on the bed most of the night. Not last night. This morning we figured out why when we found this little fellow in the house:
I took that picture after I evicted him onto the deck. He's a tiny little thing. Those are 13" tiles with 1/4" grout lines.

It is snake season here. Juveniles are the ones to watch. Big ones plan for your big brother to be nearby and save poison in case. Little ones just empty the whole sack in one go.
