The Rosewood Pinch is made of borrowed wood, from ValHeli's pickup truck bed. He was very generous in letting me use it; but stipulated that, should I ever sell it, I sell it to him.
So, as he's got a turn coming up this next batch anyway, I says to him, I says, if you're really in love with that Rosewood, I'd be happy to make myself another, and you can have that one. And he says, "sure!"
So, this will be my next attempt at a "keeper". If someone ends up wrestling it away from me, I'll just have to make another.

Ugh. Two posts I can't like.
My condolences. I don't ever remember seeing one break there. I happened to replace that squonkin' screw a few months ago, but I don't remember why anymore. I was in there for some reason or another and had the vented screw laying around doin' nothing.
I do hope you can get well. At least well enough to continue adding your wit & wisdom here on ECF.
