actually I caught myself oversquonking with the nuppin' when I overwick it and have the coils close to the airholes. With the Turbocad build however this is not an issue at all

Could someone post a pic of a build and wick that you think is the perfect one and that wouldn't create the spigot Peter spoke of? I'll start over with my build and wick and try to fall back in love. I do remember the flavor was off the chain, I just got tired of the ever present wet spots on my pants pockets.

I have a built that I'm running now..I posted a picture for it this morning...I think it was the day before yesterday when @CaptSteve first told me about it and posted pictures of it too.

So, long short is that these guys are preferring a top-center-mounted coil (single or parallel wiring), and I'm preferring duals, but pulled high and in toward the center.

Consensus is that getting the coils up, away from the airholes, and closer to the exit hole is great for flavor. (I like a bit of dry and bite in my vape, so the topcoil is a bit too sweet and flavor heavy for me).

as for wicking leading to juice-spiggoting, that might be best addressed through observation and adjustment. IDK

For the benefit of the uninitiated, could someone please explain (like you would to a 3rd grader) what wire to use, how to wind it, and how to connect it to the Nuppin'? I can't tell for sure from the picture. Or maybe you would please point me to a video.

That is the same way I build my coil and wick. I use 2-strand twisted 30g 1.8mm in one Nuppin' and single strand 26g 2mm in the other.

It is good. Lots of flavor and doesn't get as hot which works very well for being closer to the top cap.
