Sister Hank... hmm... I kinda like it. Just as confusing as Henry Etta, although it is a bit... nun-ish. But I've been called "sister" by plenty of hippies, too.
Turns out there's a movie from 1972 called "My sister Hank" starring Jodie Foster (whose character's name is Henrietta. Synopsis reads: The misadventures of Hank Bennett, a pretty teenage tomboy. In the pilot, Hank faces and attempts to overcome discrimination when, on account of gender, she is kept from joining the Little League team).

In my younger years when I was out and about and would get approached by anyone I perceived as "yuck" I would give my name as Henrietta Hincklebacher and use the Beatles famous phone number.
This is far too much 'feel good' stuff for me - but for balance, yanno.
