Is there a dirty ashtray that you can take a sniff of? Might help....

Edit: I am not cracking a joke. This honestly helped me stop a severe craving when I used to have them.

It does work to kill a craving. Have also stood beside people smoking and breathed in the second-hand smoke. I haven't had those kind of cravings for years, but it did help.

Mum's are pretty clean. Didn't help.

Barely any scent.

I mixed some 85mg. I'd still *like* a rollie. But no longer vital.
