We just got home from our trip to Theo's and it was out of this world. Everything was super fresh and very well done. The Taramosalata was divine and I got extra to bring home. The Spanakopita was so flaky and delicious! We ate enough to sink a battleship and still had food to bring home for our next meal. It's a great thing when your only problem is listening very carefully to the waiter so you can understand his Greek accent. They even had a corner store with food items imported from Greece and a cooler full of Greek cheeses for sale.

We will absolutely be going back there again!

hey so I just put what I'd really like to have be the last coat of CA on everything that's getting it.

so, let's fingers-crossed, shall we? and I'll start final sanding tomorrow.
the oil-wax mods are looking great. They should be ready for a final whisper with the 5K pad tomorrow.
