busy afternoon and evening for PMs! (which is good .. . I like)

Just quickly popping in to say that the final buffy/polish is going great. I've just got a couple more to do. Then I'll revisit those captops and body-bottoms for that final touch. I'd like to think that I'll be making some button-hats by tomorrow afternoon or evening.

I always wanted a Le Magister and I wanted to give mesh a serious try. I only gave it a half hearted try when I first moved to rebuildables and I tossed my gennie away since then. So when I saw it advertised I thought I'd give it a try

I've come to realize that atties are in a way a bit like e-liquid, some love them and some hate them. I recently got a couple of original Hellfire Fury's (they're harder to get than hen's teeth) and a couple of Narda clones. Peeps are raving over these atties for bottom feeding and frankly when I tried both I was very disappointed and failed to see why all this hype.

I have 9 Nuppins and I gotta say that they are perfect for me so I don't find the need to try anything else.

I'm feeling that way about several I have tried in the last 6 months. One I found that I really like is the Nobunaga Mini.

I agree Steve, I've bought, and sold, multiple atties over the last few years. Some high end like the Predator and the NoPity. None have been able to knock my Nuppins off their throne. I'll still try something new every now and then but I think I'll be (mostly) just looking for Nuppins to come up in the classies.

I did pick up a Hadaly and the flavor on it is very good, I'm enjoying it.

So far I've tried the following b/f atties over a period of around 1 year (since I started squonking):

Authentic: VA Cyclone (3) - RM 2 - Nuppin (3) - IGO S - IGO W - O-16 - RM 3 - IGO W (technically the reomizers are a mixed bag of clones and authentics)
Clones: Narda (3) - M-Atty - Nipple - Velocity - Quasar - Origen V.2
Not sure: Rogue - Stillaire - Zenith (haven't played with it yet)

A good deal of these clones (and some authentics as well) I got bundled with other purchases like T-Mods and Reos through the classies or directly from friends on ECF (I owe @rudedog and @73neb a lot in gearing me up with excellent mods and atties at very decent prices - and sometimes as a gift - when I first started squonking..thank you guys! and I'm sure you'll remember other stuff that you sent me and I haven't tried yet).

For my style of vaping (now alternating between MTL and restricted LH) most of them are good, but I realized that the I love the Nuppin (it allows me to do both without any loss whatsoever in the quality of vape and it continues to amaze me with its versatility and smoothness of draw), followed by the Narda, the RM 2 (I need two more but whenever I have the cash something else pops up), the Cyclone, the IGO-S and the O-16. These are the ones I constantly keep in rotation, the rest are either meh..or are waiting for a chance to prove themselves.

I'm flipping between four RDAs right now: Nuppin (3), Charm (2), NarDA (1 real), and Maker (4). I traded a Charm for a Nuppin yesterday. The gentleman happened to live up the road and came by the office to swap yesterday. Great to meet another vaper of a certain/similar age and have a good, although, short hang. All are very good flavor atties with the craftsmanship of the Nuppin and Charm being the best.

My switching back and forth is only determined by mood, aesthetics, and whimsy.

I was wondering about the Charm..how does it perform?

The only thing I don't cotton to is the looks and it's a little big. I prefer simpler, elegant design. But, the flavor is on par with the Nuppin but a little denser/fuller. With adjustable bottom air holes, adjustable top air holes or the ability to close off the top air holes completely there seems to be an infinite variety of adjustments. It's very easy to build. I had to make the adjustment to KGD over Rayon for squonking (I haven't tried it as a dripper.) The coils are pretty far up from the deep well and the KGD held the liquid longer (less squeezing) than the Rayon did.

It has a very moist and "round" hit with satisfactory cloudage for fun. In it now I have dual 2.5mm 316L SS coming in at .4-ish on the Custom Classic. At the same time I have a Nuppin on a brass CC with same coil but, single/centered. The flavor is comparable with the amount of vapor being the difference.

I think they achieved the objective of being versatile!
I got it on a whim, and only have tried it with the flat deck and low cap - and first impressions were that flavor was actually pretty good and the air flow worked well.

Can't say it'll stay on the "in use" list honestly...but it was cheap and bottom-fed.
I need to rebuild it and give it some more time.

For one thing - sitting in a stand unused, I got quite a puddle. Don't know if it was all out the 510, or if it's seeping past the bottom o-ring from all the holes in the deck...that was a concern from the postless design... I'll need to leave it on a mod and see next time.

The limitations you might not notice -
- if using the lower cap, you're stuck with a proprietary "half-chuff". Fortunately, it's a good bore for me.
- and if you install the velocity posts and use the tall cap, I think you lose the AFC!

I will be very interested to find out which spot was leaking.
