Wanted to say Hi and look forward to beingridolson@aol.com a part of ECF. Quit smoking after 40 yrs, April 1st this year started at 3mg and just switched to 0 MG. I am still green to the vaping world.

I am glad I did not to crazed at all well, not 100% true 3mg to 0mg been a bit tough but I'm good won't go back that's for sure
