Yikes, Konstantine is right.

Well, darn. Guess I'll suffer through with syringes until the newer ones arrive after these first ones.

At first I felt like a drug dealer with the syringe but now I prefer it. It faster than dripping or condom fill.

You do have to fill the bottom coil upside down. It creates a vacuum that stops it from leaking. If you fill right side up, the juice will leak out the bottom before you can screw it on the battery

It's not that hard and darn quick. Just be careful working the tip through the seal and it'll last a long time.

Exactly. It's clean when you do it right. SteelJan has a video on filling them that explains it well.

I got the CE3's from another vendor last week. I like the way they vape, but I don't like using the needle to fill them! My biggest problem is getting the juice in the syringe without making a mess. I feel like I'm wasting tons of juice. I also prefer my tanks that hold more juice!

If you don't like turning the bottle upside down, you can do one of two things. A, get a longer needle. wizardlabs sells them. Get the 20gauge.
You can also drip some into the cap of the bottle, draw it into the syringe and then put whatever you don't use back in the bottle.

It is a learning technique.

I have a video that shows how to refill them without emptying the ce3. I will have to change it now that SI is getting them because it uses another companies brand but for now, it may help

Just for your information...
What sold me on trying these was your video showing how to top them off. Until I saw that, and how easy it was I viewed it as a downside.

Thanks for doing the research, and supplying the easy to follow demonstrations.

Like we're not addicts??? :D Just a matter of our drug of choice. Nicquid.
I had the h*r**...... in there, but it got censored. It was just cute seeing her do that move.

Oh, man. I dunno how long I can wait!

I am soooo....

Ahem. I have many syringes - because I have a lot of ink! I write exclusively with fountain pens, and I refill the ink cartridges and converters with syringes and bottled ink. I'm an expert at not wasting ink, so there should be no reason not to be an expert at not wasting "niquid!"

niquid is a lot thicker than ink, though, and the syringe plunger works against it...

Your right. I found that its easier to use a bigger needle, or no needle all together to draw the juice into the syringe, then put the small needle on. In my experience, anything over 70%vg needs to be done this way unless you have patience. It will take a few more seconds to draw 50/50 or 60/40 juice through a 20guage needle (learned that the hard way)

I'm sticking with "old fashioned" cartos until the perfect alternative is invented. Using needles is too fidgety for me. Frankly I don't even enjoy refilling cartos. It isn't hard or anything, just one more chore to do. I don't even clean them cuz I can't be bothered. Just call me Ms. Lazy Bones. :)

I agree with you on cleaning them. Once you get the hang of it, the syringe is easier than refilling cartos. It's faster and easier. The only Drawback is that its one more thing to carry if you need to refill on the road, but I can refill a ce3 in 15 seconds now.
