I'm usually not a big fan of being outside, no matter what the weather is like, but my sister convinced me go swimming with her during our road trip to Oregon. Vaping around the pool is great! Just don't let those batteries get wet.

On our road trip to Oregon, we stayed in a hotel. Our room was non-smoking, but I asked at the front desk if vaping was okay and they said "yes." Hurray!

My best vaping story:

As some of you may have read, I found out that my university's smoke-free campus policy allows e-cigs. I feel very silly using a 1300mAh X2 with a 3ml tank, but after several hours of stressful classes, I need the nicotine fix more than I need to look normal. I've had a few people fake-cough when walking past me and shoot me dirty looks, though.

Even so, finding out I can vape on campus was really great!

My favorite place to vape during the summer is the same as the rest of the year... indoors!

Vaping next to my air conditioner on a hot summer day! I find that vaping in the wind is hard when the wind blows back in your face!

1. Began vapin in July, so not much time (nor any vacations) to get 7 posts worth. I will begin, however, by stating one of my favorite places to vape has been on the back covered patio. The porch was once littered with ashes and had a horrible ashtray smell that would linger for days. It is now clean enough to...well...walk on and I can actually enjoy the smell of the grass, trees, and flowers in the back yard.

2. Another favorite vape spot is my CAR!!! Vaping and driving the 40 minute commute from work is so flippin' enjoyable I sometimes debate on whether or not to get off of the 35 exit to take me home.

3. Over the last month, I've influenced 6 others to drop the analogs and pick up vaping. If THAT isn't one of the greatest benefits of vaping (helping others quit smoking), then I don't know what is!

4. I've been locked in our home office this past week to work on my thesis. Vaping indoors seems so taboo as I never smoked in my home...but WOW! I didn't have to stop my work every 30-45 minutes to take a more break...I tell ya', I've been on a ROLL!!!

5. A real treat (or curse) of picking up vaping is the overwhelming selection of juices!! My summer has been filled with more tasty treats than I've likely had in my lifetime prior!! 92 flavors down, baby!!!!

6. Guilt free summer!!! Well, for the most part. I love that I don't reek of smoke...especially around my children. I always felt guilty if I caught a whiff of the smoke on me when around them...I felt ashamed, actually. I was a chronic hand washer, body sprayer, and mouthwasher just because of the smoking and trying to "hide" it. No more hidin' nuthin'!
