It’s apparently one of those “won’t blow up in your hand like a grenade, honest. Did we test? Well, no but…” tube mech mods with the bottom button. I don’t think they’ve been sold in a long time. There is also a “wanted” in the for sale section so anyone that has one and contacts the guy, he will likely want to buy it from you.
