Ok, this isn't making any sense. I turned a friend on to vaping. He smokes Ultra Lights. I told him to start at 12mg. He also bought some 6mg. He vaped the 12mg and said it made him dizzy so I told him to try the 6mg; same thing. I then told him to try 0mg juice; same issue. Then I told him to vape pure VG and let me know what happens; same thing - dizzy like he's getting too much nic but there isn't any.

Is this all in his head or what?

See if he is inhaling while he draws. If he is that could be causing it. Tell him to draw the vapor slowly holding it in his mouth when he gets a mouthful then inhale. You know how you drink from a straw and as your pulling the lets say soda you cut off your throat with your tongue until your ready to swallow, same principal. Draw your vapor in your mouth and hold until your ready and then inhale. Hope this helps would love to see another person say good bye to analogs.

Tell him not to drink alcohol while vaping .lol . I cant see why it would make him dizzy with zero nic . I dont think a allergy would make you feel dizzy . Maybe they put nic in the juice by mistake . It isnt gourmet vapor (BE) or honeyville juice is it ? That would make sense since they dont know what mg nic their using . 24mg or higher does make me dizzy if im chain vaping .

Could just be anxiety. I suffer from it. And always have a level of panic when trying something new. Even something as simple as trying a different contact lens solution. Or I'll bring home a bag of chips and find it has a small hole in it......I wont eat it. Fear. I had to get a calm and unfocused mind when trying my ecig for the first time. And even then I had a level of panic. Of course I'm just throwing out an idea thats based on me personally.

I'm inclined to agree that this might have something to do with his issue, quite possibly combined with the anxiety factor. OR he might be doing what I did...at first, I was having some issues with dizziness and blamed it (very wrongly) on the PG/VG or nic in my cartridges. It took my son to solve the mystery.....I was holding my breath completely while drawing in the vapor, then did long exhales of it (if that makes any sense). It wasn't anything to do with formulas or anything else...it was me depriving myself of oxygen

I didn't even realize I was doing it and once I switched things around a little and got used to how to vape properly, dizziness went bye-bye....and so did the cigs.

I really hope that he manages to find out what's going on and can make the switch or at least use his PV to cut down on how many cigs he smokes a day. Best wishes on it, darlin' and kudos to you both for working on this together!

I know someone who would black out durning yoga class, when we focus on our breathing a lot of things happen to the body, it's very powerful, just sitting and thinking about your breath. For some they may breathe too deeply and not enough-- I could see this going on when using and e-cig-- most require more draw than analogs.

I don't know why he doesn't join us in the conversation, but here's what he sent me:

" I read the link... it is more a feeling of being stoned but not in a good way, Nausea? might be a good word... ALMOST a headache..... just a {crap} feeling. sort of a sick feeling.. and yeah acid tummy.... pisses me off too..arnt ya suppozed to get that from analogs? . lol.. the VG was a little better...

if it was just neutral and I could get the nic fix .. would be fine. I really could just go to 0 and quit...I could try ordering some pure vg juice 6mg and 0mg from that liquid planet place.. and try THAT... that is about all I can think of... but that sick feeling is no goot so if that dont work.. I guess I am done."
