SD's SB181 is a simple minor sales ban. Opposed by the ACS which instead favors a broader redefinition of "tobacco product" under state law that would include vaping (surprise, surprise). No CASAA call on this yet because it's still in cmte, but presumably CASAA will support if it emerges w/o substantial ammendments.
