Is this too low a resistance? Should I build more toward 1.8? I am not getting the flavor I want. I have tried all wattages and voltages.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

To answer your question, I don't think going up in resistance is going to help. It seems that your main issue is a lack of flavor; well in my experience I have had better flavor production with a lower resistance in a kayfun. I would suggest turning up your wattage to the max possible on whatever device your using and hopefully that will create a denser vapor and more flavor (as long as you don't get a burnt/dry hit).... Make sure to prime your coil if it feels dry at all.

EDIT: Let me rephrase that; turn up the wattage to around 13-15 watts if possible. I would hate to see you turn it up to 30 watts if you have a device that can handle that :(

1.2 to 1.5 seems to be the sweet spot for most juices on the kayfun, but a lot of it is personal preference and wicking material. There's no right or wrong way to set one up. I've found it's mostly trial and error until you get YOUR perfect vape.

Also, having a Provari has nothing to do with it. I'm a Provari owner, but that was an arrogant thing to post.

Running it on an MVP2. You think it's a battery issue?

The post that recommended the provari is not too far off. The MVP 2.0 only goes up to 11 watts, and therefore is best suited to powering clearos, cartos, and standard dripping atomizers. To power a rebuildable properly, you probably need a little more than that. In the meantime you can try thinner wire for more heat (30 gauge, if you currently use 28 gauge or lower). Also try a microcoil, as they atomize more efficiently than standard coils.

So in summary, crank it up to 11 and start trying a few things to use your available power more efficiently. If that doesn't work, look at a different mod.

Thanks.
Get yourself some cellucotton wicked into a microcoil. I think that may help.:2c:

YES, great reply. The MVP2 may not have enough wattage at 11. I have a Magneto with 18650VCTs. That's the ticket for an ADV on a RBA. I will use my regular coil tanks on the MVP2...Thanks for this reply, again.
