1.6ohm reading at 2.0ohm?

Hi all,

Just bought myself a Eleaf Istick 30w. It is great. Well apart from one thing. I have a brand new 1.6ohm BVC nautilus coil, yet the Istick is reading 2.0ohm. It was at 1.9 earlier. Then I took the nautilus off and put it back on and it now reads at 2.0omh. Is this normal? I've heard about coils reading a little off, but 0.4ohms off? Is this just a reading problem with the Itaste?
Also, if this is a problem with the coil, does it have any negative effects?

sounds like a loose connection somewhere... tighten things up and recheck

As e-liquid gunks up a coil, it can increase the coil's resistance. As a coil ages, the resistance increases, too.

Coils can vary +/- 0.2 ohms when new and unused straight from the factory.
