im holding off but that jest bechus i keep going to smoke it but thin im like if i have it now i wont have 1 latter lol but man its all most killing me not to have it

Smoke if you need to smoke do not be hard on your self and when you get your pv you may still want a real smoke but just remember to love your pv and it will love you back.....

Yup, this. Just let the transition happen. Addiction sucks, don't make it suck more. If your intentions are to quit, that's good, but cold turkey is hard. If I could have done it cold turkey, I would have preferred to do that, but I tried multiple times and couldn't. vaping now, but it took about a month before I quit smoking too.

BTW, welcome to ECF, and good luck on your new journey . . . enjoy the mailman stalking phase . . . that's probably the best part, LOL.
