Yes. Sour. Bitter too might not hurt though
Do you have TFA lemon water?
Or Sour/sharp concentrate?
IMO, the WV will change the PH, but may not give you the flavour sensation you are after.
Personally, I would add a drop to my next tank/squonk bottle refill, shake and vape.

Want I should hold your beer and watch?

Cheers

I got neither. I’m down to mostly large bottle one shots and the remains of a bunch of small quantity test vials. Mostly of weird stuff I bought but didn’t like, like horehound and such.

Vinegar, and lemon juice (the kind in yellow plastic lemon-shaped bottles), are both old school methods; used to help fruit/bright flavors pop, and/or aid in stabilizing ("locking in") flavor balance. Little, to nothing good, is mentioned regarding its ability to add "sour."

@Bill's Magic Vapor used a 10% solution of citric acid crystals (avoiding all the "extras" that vinegar, and lemon juice brought to the table), at 1-3 drops per 15-30mL. The vinegar/LJ is limited to 5% acid, and contributed to coil gunking.

By all means, give it a try. But, I would strongly encourage you to only doctor a small portion, of your current recipe... so as not to ruin the entire batch, if you find you are not happy with it. :D
