I don't remeber in a long time where there are so many choices, and so many opinions. I go for quality products, but price is nice too. I've been convinced to get one because like many have said, I'll probably get something else later, and if nothing else, it'll at least be a back up when I get a Provari, or some other high priced gadget!

Geez, I thought I was going to save money not smoking!

edit: Please forgive the spelling in the title.

You can't go wrong with a twist, don't be afraid. It's the ideal starter to be honest, since you can adjust to your liking. If you really want to quit smoking and looking for something entry level, a twist is the must have. You can anything with a 510 connection. It's easy, it has an ok battery life. it's a bit bigger as a normal one, some people care, others dont

You wont regret it

I quit smoking on 9/11/2012 with an EGO Twist set up that I bought at the Pink Spot store here in Vegas. I didn't want to buy or quit anything just curious. Anyway for somebody like me, die hard smoker that I was....well quitting smoking is a life changing event, and I was able to do it with an EGO Twist. Not to say other things out there won't work, or that they are the best. But I think it is pretty safe to say that almost EVERYONE carries them, and they are inexpensive and reliable.
I usually drip onto one and have a clearomizer on the other, while two others are charging and two more on standby.
I will eventually try new batts. but so far I am content.
