One week and 2 hours completely cigarette free, and it's been ok! Times when I've really wanted a ..., but vaped my way through it. Just received my vapology order as well. Very berry cool, which at the moment only really tastes of mint but am hoping it will mellow and become more fruity, and my attempt at recreating Grizwalds black cat - tobacco with 10% liquorice and 10% caramel. Will try it tonight as can't wait for it to steep, but already smells delicious! Yay!!

Whoo-Hoo Jenpip! One week is quite an accomplishment and you should be very proud! You've jumped a large hurdle and I'm glad you managed to vape through your cravings. You'll see how cigarettes are more addictive than just by nicotine alone. Are you making your own flavors? Your taste buds will continue to wake up and the flavors will pop. Today marks my 1 week mark as well!
It seems like everytime I quit, my patience gets put to the test... like for example this time when I quit, on day 2 i broke my toe as soon as I woke up. Then, yesterday my transmission goes out so my car is in the shop for the next 3-4 days.
I've made it through it though. I expected it, as it happens everytime. It's always the cause of my relapse so I'm just pushing through it.
Coincidence I guess.

Sympathies on your troubles. Life seems to keep happening no matter what we are doing, lol. I always tell myself that a cigarette would not change anything at all.
