1 YEAR! No Cigarettes!!!

From the moment my package arrived in the mail, I haven't had a cigarette. That was one year ago today.

Recap: The first 30 days sucked because I was using too high nicotine. 24mg. I'm currenty on 6mg and I vape 24-7, Am I alone?

I can't believe how I used to stink. Who did I think I was fooling? After a couple of months I could smell for miles. I can Honestly say I have NOT had a craving for a real cigarette after the first 2 weeks.

I WILL NEVER SMOKE AGAIN!

Way to go. A few 1 yearers this week. Maybe ECF should add a 1 year badge or star next to those who have accomplished this feat. I am at 75 days so I have a way to go but like you I am at 6 & 11 mg juices and breathe through mine all day! Congrats

Good job Bud! I went over a year in Aug with pretty much the same story. Started at 16mg and now do 6mg non-stop. Love the USA mix, marlyB, cowboy or whatever the going name of tobacco flavor is. Congrats.

Amazing isn't it, how fast a year goes by. I had the same experience, no more smokes after my e-cig came. But I started off at 16mg and had to go to 24mg/ml juice, but after about three months was able to knock that down by half! With no more withdrawal. And yes I still vape constantly until I get away from the computer, then I slow down. I even forget where I left my PV once in awhile, not a bad thing! It makes me laugh. I never lost my cigarettes.

Congrats! Welcome to the club!! Same here, kind of (started at 36mg and I'm now down to 6mg). My new goal is 0mg., but with continued vaping (love the flavors)!!!

Congratulations! I just passed my 1 yr a couple of weeks ago and it feels great. I'm amazed how much e-cigs have evolved in the past year. It's better now than it was then. I'm looking forward to the next year. I started with 24-18 mg and now I'm about 11-0 mgs. I've gotten into 11 mg cartomizers and also make my own juice and am not always sure what the nic level is because I'm not into following recipes, but I think it's pretty low. I do think I vape more than I smoked and I smoked a lot! But I love no butts, no crummy smell, no ashtrays, etc.
