It's been a year folks! Everyone here is really awesome, don't let the so called drama fool you! I had tons of help when I first started and I just want to thank everyone for being supportive of noobies! Keep it up!

It's quite an accomplishment - one I'm sure most of us never thought we'd have - to be smoke free.

I'm approaching 1 1/2 years - after 30+ years at a PAD it's the longest I have ever been without a cigarette.

I am grateful every day.

And I owe it all to my trusty Ego and the great people at ECF.
