Checking in, it's been 1 year since i put the smokes down.
I vape 6mg. nic and probably only use it about half as much as i did 6mos. ago, i feel great and have seen a drop in my blood pressure and an increase in all around feel good.
Stick with it folks.

Vape on Pilgrim. I just did my 1yr. about a month ago. Congrats!

I remember the "old days" when I spent less on smokes than I do on mods, juice, and other "paraphernalia"... ah, good times.

At least I have something to show for it besides a lingering cough, dirty ashtrays, and cigarette burns in all my stuff.

Not to mention that chics dig a guy with a "large protruding APV". However, you might have to explain to them it's not what they think.
