You have to buy it first and then they reimburse you, I don't believe this is right.
Sounds like a round about way of doing it. Maybe this is why they had to shut it down. I'll have to think about it before going ahead with it.
Just received my email about buying it at Amazon - $25.49 + free shipping - and being reimbursed through paypal.

I did order it yesterday. 27.98 inc shipping
Received e-mail back today from Xtar, reimbursement was turned into their "financial staff" for the refund.
I have confidence it will be refunded.
