100% PG Prefilled Cartomizer = Vapor, 100% PG Juice = No Vapor... Why?

Just wondering if anyone can answer this question...

I usually use pre-filled cartomizers and everywhere I've ordered from says they're 100% PG. So when I decided to try out juice, I naturally ordered 100% PG thinking it would be the same. It wasn't. After I inhale, absolutely no vapor comes out. I just placed an order for some VG and I'm hoping adding a little to it will correct the issue, but I don't understand why that happened. What makes the vapor in the pre-filled ones if it's not VG? Anyone know?

Good question. I guess the quality of pg juice isn't the same from every vendor. I've bought all PG juice from one vendor that was a thin as water. I get PG juice from nhaler that's as thick as a PG/VG mix.
