QUOTE=Rusty S.;9245431]Ooh, ooh, I have one!

Don't know if this has happened to everybody, but sometimes when my lips were dry, the paper from the filter would tear some of the skin off of my lips. Ow.

Other times the filter might stick to my lips, and when I went to pull my cigarette out of my mouth, my fingers would slide down the cigarette and get burned on the coal. Those blisters hurt!

And I don't get vape in my eyes, and if it does, it doesn't burn like smoke did!

And...the coal doesn't fall off the tip and cause a panic.

Maybe this has less to do with vaping and more to do with me being a klutz...[/QUOTE]

This was a good one! I am 36 now and I still have a scar on my middle finger from a drunken cig burn like you just described that happened in my teens.

In 14 years of smoking, that ^^^ happened to me all the time. I don't miss it one bit.
Oddly enough, I never burned any holes in my clothes though.

The one thing that I so love is being able to go out to the car with out thinking of how many cigs I need. And more over, it is so much more easy to vape rather than smoke when driving.

That and all my new friends too!

It is so much easier, unless you're dripping. I swear, i've had a few people look at me funny because I was dripping while driving. Really need to pick up a new tank atty just for driving.

59. Not washing my hands, changing my clothes, or holding my breath just to let my kids sit on my lap.
Amen. The birth of my first child was an eye opener in many ways. Washing my hands before touching my own son made me feel as if I was, in some way, failing as a parent.

Don't know what number these are, but

I needed a new purse and I was able to buy a small, compact handy thing not a big lunky suitcase because I needed a place to stash those packs of nasty things.

Panic when traveling cuz hubby quit 20 yrs ago, 3 pack a day smoker, doc told him to quit and he just quit. So I was a "closet smoker" HAHAHAHAH!! Running low on cigs and wondering when I could sneak out and buy a pack.

"Closet smoker"???? Who are you kidding" Now that I quit, I can tell a smoker from a mile away from that nasty stench I don't have anymore!!

No more worry people will find out I am a "closet smoker" cuz of the ever lingering smell.

Even my dogs like me better!!

And as stated several times before, all the wonderful people who are there when you need them here on this forum.

Great, entertaining thread BTW, a few great chuckles!!
