eGo threaded tanks are smaller than 510 threaded ones, and usually the wick holes i the coils are smaller too. Heavy VG is thick and wicks slower than a juice with PG. One option is to dilute the VG juice with distilled water. You can safely use up to 10% distilled water. If you try this, just make a small amount, don't do the entire juice bottle. It will also dilute the flavor as well as the nic by 10%.

I agree with Racehorse, if you don't have an issue with 50/50, then it's the way to go. You're not going to blow clouds with that tank, so the best option is to go for more flavor, and PG carries flavor better than VG.

I dunno if you're missing on most of the flavor, but likely some. PG carries flavor a lot better than VG. If you can stand it, you could thin your juice a bit with some PG. If you are having wicking issues, that would help as well. If you can't use PG, thinning with a little distilled water works too, but no more than 5% water. Water does not vaporize well in a tank.

Personally I don't like a 'throat hit' or does my sinuses like PG so I use water. Contrary to popular belief, water boils at 212F (and starts making steam) which IMHO is way below the temperature that most of us use our apv's at (I run mine 390-430F).

Interestingly most things dissolve in water much better than other fluids. Flavor and Nicotine might be included. The only downside of adding water is that vapor production will be reduced (water does not produce the 'clouds' that PG or VG does)

IMHO: most store bought juices have WAY TO HIGH % of flavor content, I've reduced mine by as much as 2/3 (two parts unflavored to one part store bought) without affecting the flavor by much. As far as Nicotine goes, 10% of 6mg equates to 5.4mg and 10% of 18mg equates to 16.2mg - differences that most people would not even notice.

Remember it does not take much water. <5-10% goes a long way.

buy some distilled water and put a few drops in to thin the ejuice.

Many vendors even thin their 100% VG customer's eliquid if requested.

If you are not opposed to PG, or sensitive to it, there is no reason not to try a 50/50 or other ratio

Max VG is not meant for tanks of any kind; it is more for dripping. Adding some water may help with the wicking, but you'll be diluting the juice to a certain point. As far as flavor loss, I couldn't say. Pretty much with tank coils you want a 70% VG. The wicking may still be a bit slower, but you won't get those nasty dry hits as long as you aren't chain vaping for 5 mins straight ;)
