You'd want to mix it down like at least 3 to 1 with some no-nic PG/VG. So basically you'd end up with a full liter of 25mg juice.

These nicotine bases do not have the peppery taste to them. They are smooth and will mix well with flavorings. However, I don't see a 50/50 blend at RTS.
Ecigexpress does offer 50/50
