What yr was the base made? And do you have any other gear your wanting to get rid of. Or flavors even? I'm in Monterey Park close to where you are is it even still available?

Hi Sorry for the late response. I don't check this that often.

It's still available. I bought this about 5 years ago, maybe 6. The nicotine base was kept in a refrigerator. There are no flavors, and the base is unflavored. All of it is still available.
