What do you guys think?
There is a DNA version around for quite some time. Whilst I am a fan of the Alien series, this is one mod I would not be keen on taking outside with me; it's heavy. In addition, due to the wattages I vape at, I usually stay away from single battery devices.

This mod is heavy and it's either you love it or think it's the most hideous thing out there. I own the the ET-X2 model. I think it looks unique lol.

As for the chip in the newer model ET-X3 the manufacturer only showing this model with the DNA75 chip on their website. Which technically can give a max output of 75W. The first pic shows it's 100W on Kanthal wattage mode which indicates it may not have a DNA75 chip. If it does then it'll most likely have a DNA200 chip but for the price I highly doubt it. It will probably use the same/similar chip like the ET-X2. I tried contacting Etaliens to get some more info on the ET-X3 if they have 2 different versions DNA75 and 100W chip but their mailbox is full and my email just bounced back. Tried 2 different emails that I found on the site and both bounced back.

I know a member that has purchased one so when he receives the mod I can ask if it has the DNA75 chip that goes up to 75W only or if it does have a different chip and goes up to 100W.

Sorry, I couldn't provide you the information you were after.

I didn't know you had one. That's cool. You should show it more love, especially in the handcheck thread ;)

Haha
The mod design was inspired by the movie Aliens that's why when you look at the mod it does look like the alien :)

I have the previous version which looks like this.

Tez. That's more than I could hope for ..thy. I might get it once it's proven. .not taking a chance on a paperweight. .
Btw. I got a t priv. Nice mod. Lights up very nicely different setting for flashing Etc. The one bad thing about this is the fire button and the settings buttons are opposite from another. The setting buttons are on the upper part of wall & very very easily changed. So you could find yourself firing and changing the the temperature at the same time.

Mod to take out to the club or wherever you want to go but definitely not something to put in a pouch. It has a lock button but then it won't fire at all. Whereas some mods have lock buttons to keep the settings from adjusting. I like those better. It is the same size as an iJoy captain

I actually like that this one doesn't use the DNA75 chip, I have 2 DNA75 mods, use to have 3 but the low 85% efficiency and voltage limit is a real drag. At least with the new DNA75C chip upped the voltage limit but I heard it is still the same 85% efficient.

Hopefully this new chip is in the 90% efficiency range, most chips nowadays are decent for power, TC can be real hit of miss.

TC is my go to..lol.figures..
I don't go that high most times (75w)
I'd still like to kno what chip is in it tho .

Green,
Confirmed that this doesn't have the DNA chip. It's the upgraded chip that they used in the ET-X2 80W mod. My mate received his yesterday. He got the Saphire Blue color and loving it. Comes with silicone sleeve for the mod and 18650 adapter sleeve
Asked him to send me a photo and here it is:

That saphire blue is real nice.

I am going to be getting mine tomorrow, not sure what color, I am getting it for review.

I am going to be doing a giveaway on 3 of these as well for my sponsor heavensgift.com in about a week. Unfortunately they want me to do the giveaway on another site.

I will give you my first impressions on TC once I have had it for a day. Will bw comparing it to my DNA, SXmini and Hohmtech mods for TC as well as a few more which have been reliable TC mods for me.

TC is my go to as well, only when it is done correctly though.
