10ml bottles not filled correctly..

I have been vaping over 4 years and I know how much 10ml is, I got a bottle of flavoring that was exactly 9ml and opened up at ticket. The reply for my ticket was that a 12ml bottle was used. The bottle is 10ml and I measured the flavoring and it was exactly 9ml. I am not the only one that has been seeing this lately.

We recently changed lab procedures to fill bottles all the way to the top, so you should actually receive more than 10ml. Can you message me your name and order number so I can ship out a replacement? You can also call us at 1-888-418-2215, and we'll make sure you get another bottle.
