macaroni, to me they seemed fine out of the mail. But I have noticed a richer taste with age. Of the ones you have listed, I did try Cola and give it 3 stars. That means to my taste, it's not awful, but I won't buy it again. But they do change, for example Strawberries and Cream. Out of the gate I didn't care for the taste at all. I just tried it again and the taste has improved considerably, much smoother and creamier now. I might be able to use that 30ml bottle after all :)

Thanks ... I mainly get my juices from three different companies, but the majority of them from Mt. Baker. I can't vape any of the Mt. Baker juices right out of the mail because they taste like a chemical or perfume or something vile ... but after some age they have flavors that I just love ... I guess it's the flavor carrier or something that needs to "outgas".

They have a FB page?

a bad day at the track is better than a day of not running at all
Yes they have a FB page. I put a message on there too but again no reply. I'm just asking for an update. Another company that's on FB called infusion I believe had a sale as well that Vapor Joe blew up. They are really behind too but I wish you could see all the updates on their FB page along with pictures of them showing orders being packaged and bottles of juices being made but waiting for packaging in their glass bottles. I think that all people are asking for are updates.

Order #1908 here ... must have snuck in just before you Yooperdad .... I'm fine with the delay, I'm up to my patoot in juice, I just couldn't pass up that deal.

To all of you experienced with Lucky 7 juices .... are they good out of the mail??? ... do they REQUIRE steeping, or just get better with steeping???

Has anyone found flavors to "stay away from"?

Because this was such a whim purchase I went with flavors I wouldn't normally order;

Caramel
Cola
Peanut Butter Cup
Almond Chocolate Coconut

Anybody with experience with these????

I'm up to me rear end in joose too, thanks to this sale. I've got a couple of these but it will take me a while to get to them, so they should be well steeped by then.

macaroni, I dumped the Dark Tobacco. And am likely to dump the Spearmint. But you have to remember that tastes are subjective, and what I thought was awful might be wonderful to you or someone else. Perhaps they didn't steep long enough when I tried them???

The flavor that has really surprised me is the Dominican Cigar. I love it......but it doesn't love me. It's kind of abrasive to the roof of my mouth and my tongue after I vape it for a while. Perhaps someone with some experience can tell me that I can add some VG or something to lesson that impact, as I really do like it. Has a little sweetness and then even some of that "burnt ashtray" taste that I still crave as a long time Camel smoker :)

yooperdad,

I don't know how long you let the new juice steep but don't be two quick to dump. That used to be my trick until I discovered that lengthening steep time can make a TREMENDOUS difference in taste.

Example; I had a bottle of Seduce Juice "Snake Venom" and when I first got it frankly it tasted like "Dog Poo" (no exaggeration). This time I didn't pitch it and set it to the back of my stash. Short story I tried it again about 3 - 4 weeks later and it was fantastic and of course a completely different flavor than the original taste.

I had always been skeptical of all this steep stuff besides I don't have much patience waiting for something to mature. Well the ol-timers are correct. It can make all the difference in the world.

Sorry guys been way too busy to reply on here.. We will be live tomorrow. Your orders are going out, as stated previously your orders are all being shipped. The system is just not updated as shipped when they are shipped. We are working on that as well. We know it's taking longer than usual, we just got hit harder than we ever.could have imagined. I have been constantly hiring help to keep up. Your orders will all arrive soon. Usps has had fault in this as well as stated in previous post. One customers package sat in our own state for 1 week before leaving switching between sort facilities. We are working on switching to ups or FedEx for better shipping. I can't email individual orders at one time and still be able to keep up with the order demand but I assure you all orders are being processed as quickly as possible. We started as a 3 man operation and just never expected to be this huge. We really want want to apologize for the delays and communication and we know we may loose some customers due to this. Please accept our apology.

The caramel is really good. Very smooth and creamy flavor, not overly sweet. I like it a lot.

As far as "stay away from" I'll say that the kettle corn hasn't really lived up to my expectations. May have just gotten an off bottle, I also got some of the kettle corn extract but haven't tried it yet.

I completely understand. And I also try to be understanding when it comes to doing business with new, small, start up operations. Business is tough, and the Vapor Joe's publicity probably hurt you as much as it helped you. That being said, patience does wear thin for even the most forgiving person. For instance I am order #608 placed on 1/27/13. The order confirmation page said 5-7 days. I understand you're busy, I understand you have gotten slammed. But today is day 15, with what has been quite frankly poor communication to the buyers about status. The website is down often so checking order status is impossible. I understand the need for site maintenance, but as you clearly understand, this is irritating quite a few people.

The only thing that keeps me from getting terribly concerned is the fact that some people have posted reviews of your liquid in this thread. Honestly, in any other circumstances at the point where my order took a full week longer than expected I would have assumed this was an elaborate scam and the vendor had no intentions of delivering. That is clearly not the case here, but I would consider this circumstance in the future. A blowout sale is great for starting a business, and is a great cash influx for a start up. But there is a point where the negative press will out weigh the benefits.

In my humble opinion, the customers you lose because of a small delay, are customers you don't really want anyway, so it's more important for you (and ultimatly us customers) that you do NOT rush just to push out the backlog. Having a return customer base will depend more on quality juice than "instant" delivery and THAT'S what will grow your business.

So words of wisdom from an old crotchety program manager ... take your time ... keep us "in the loop"... make every order the best juice you can possibly make ... and relax, everything is going to be OK.

Let it steep a few weeks, seriously when I got their juice before I tried it when I first got it and thought the same thing so it got set aside to steep and forgotten about for a while...then a few weeks ago when I was almost out of my usual daily juice I tried the bottle of lucky 7 I had set aside and it was 100% better...so give it a try or if you don't want it trade it with someone else

Two weeks, with little to no updates is much more than a small delay. People are blinded by cheap juice to realize the poor customer service they're receiving.

Curious if your package has been shipped, email them. You won't hear back from them, post on FB maybe they'll randomly select you to give you an update. This is the only company I've dealt with that behaves this way.

They say they'll update the package daily. The last update was they were on mid 600's. This was on Thursday, its Tuesday. With no notification of any packages being shipped. Which they stated they would provide starting at order 650. This is also the first time I've ordered from anywhere that doesn't have their .... together to so much give you a tracking number.

We get "Wow guys we're so swamped. Hiring lots of new people, even one to make sure you get your tracking together!" They're still slow, there are no tracking numbers. Somehow its the post offices fault.
