Btw, I still am in pretty dire need of my juice order right now, so my comments have been a little bit snide. Sooner/L7V, I am only messin' with you guys and poking fun. I think the communication breakdown has given me some leeway to do so!
Just an FYI. Order #550. I received an email stating that it has been shipped with tracking information. I'll update once it arrives. But most likely without any opinions on taste or quality, since I have other juices yet to try. And I don't want to jump the gun if they need steeping. Who knows, I may change my mind when the shipment gets here. I hope others are getting shipping emails as well.
I really don't understand the communications breakdown... I mean how long would it take to post on this forum and facebook .... "today we filled orders XXXX through XXXX, our goal for tomorrow is to fill XXX orders", five ten minutes max???
I can understand the reluctance to try to attempt answering 100s of e-mails a day, but I would think two simple posts would increase customer satisfaction (or at least make the crowd consider putting down their torches and pitch forks) and probably significantly reduce the number of angry e-mails they are getting.
Do you mean they don't offer 36mg nic? A lot of vendors don't offer 36mg there has been more vendors of late that offer 36mg and a couple that offer even higher levels of nic.
My personal opinion is they are concerned about too much nic harming someone and would rather stay away from selling a product with potentially dangerous amounts of nic.
PS - I sometimes use 36 mg myself when I find a site that offers it.

I think I'll save my Eureka until somebody actually receives some juice.

Actually the "Eureka" was mostly prompted by the addition of a tracking plus an email. For me the juice has almost become a non-issue. I really don't care how far they have dug the whole their in they OWE people the common courtesy of "Status Reports".
Status reports do not take a master "Mixologist" just someone with keyboard skills.
IMHO - I believe their biggest problem was running out of juice components again just my opinion I believe there was and may still be a problem filling orders because they have nothing to fill the orders with. i.e. bottles, PG, VG, Nic and/or flavorings.
Excuse me Macaroni, I am starting to comment on things I have no way of knowing save my comment that they owe people honest timely status updates.
LOL .... actually I agree with you .... in fact my real motivation for all of my recent postings here, is to keep this thread on the first page to make it easier for Soonerfan to find if he should feel the urge to post an update.

my order was #413. order placed 1/24 received it friday. just some info for all others waiting. not liking orange and cream and strawberries amd cream too much, dont taste the cream at all, gonna let those steep. watermelon amd the khalua juices are good. as well as the berry blast.

I was hoping S&C would take the place of my Suicide Bunny Sucker Punch, but that was asking way too much in the first place. Think I'll let that steep for a few weeks before trying per your suggestion.
