We know everyone is frustrated. We get it. As stated numerous times, we are a small company. We never expected for this to get so huge, we didnt have enough supplies to complete over 3,000 orders. It got big within 2 weeks of being in business...

SOONERFAN01 - can you mention again how many American jobs your business has created in 2014? Seems like you have put more than a few people to work lately which helps a lot to rebuild our economy - thank you for this.

Guess I'm looking for less obvious choices, considering neither neverside nor myself ordered those flavors.

Have a lot of people said they're waiting on strawberries and cream? I did not see that in this thread.
You ordered Tigers Blood, and Gummy Candy. Each of those have strawberry. A good portion of their flavors have strawberry, as well as cream.

It may not be flavors .... could be as simple as running out of empty bottles.

I figure 2000 (3000 by some accounts) orders, and I would guess the MINIMUM order was for three bottles (getting the fourth free), would add up to a metric .... ton of bottles.

Thought they said it was flavors they ran out of, but i could be wrong. Either way, this has been an issue for me for 5 weeks and counting

Without so much as a courtesy email to let me know that they have not lost my order. Yes it shows on their WEB site but that doesn't mean it appears in there "to-do" list. It could just as well have fallen thru a crack and be lost... who knows.

I am at the point that I personally don't care how many people they have hired... try hiring a data entry person to keep purchasers updated. That is just common business courtesy.
