My order:

Order #588
Order Date: 27th Jan 2014
This order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment

Without so much as a courtesy email to let me know that they have not lost my order. Yes it shows on their WEB site but that doesn't mean it appears in there "to-do" list. It could just as well have fallen thru a crack and be lost... who knows.

I am at the point that I personally don't care how many people they have hired... try hiring a data entry person to keep purchasers updated. That is just common business courtesy.

Hire 100 people, makes no diff, he said only 3 are mixing, so what do the new hires do?

Not actually in STL, about 40 miles South of the city, but close enough! :toast:

Totally off topic, but my wife and I are looking at moving to that area (Imperial, Arnold, Fenton, Hillsboro) possibly in the late spring. Looking for a place where I can play loud music and ride dirt bikes without neighbors complaining, LOL!

"Try hiring a data entry person to keep purchasers updated. That is just common business courtesy."

I said ONE person to take care of updating and emailing customers. I don't know nor do I care what all his employees are doing. I just want to know what is going on with my order. In Sooner's own words "he" can't keep up with the emails, so back to my suggestion get someone to handle the paperwork portion of the job.

I don't care as much about the delay as I do about not knowing the status of my order... i.e. "hay George don't worry we are still processing your order, just waiting on whatever to come in so we can complete." would go a long way with me and I am sure a lot of other people that have no idea of their order status.

"Sooner" also used the excuse that they were expecting 500 ish orders. When it hit the limits of their capacity they should have posted an out of stock/temp. not available statement like other sites do. But no they kept accepting order and are in the 1,500 plus range and still taking orders. Does that strike anyone as a bit unprofessional, it sure as He77 strikes me as very amateurish not to mention aggravating.

Rant over - for now.

I couldn't agree with you more!!

Reading, and responding to, the emails is a VERY IMPORTANT part of any business... as is knowing when you have gotten in over your head!!

Instead of shutting things down temporarily when they reached the expected order limit, with a nice apology and a time frame when they would be caught up and resume taking orders... they got GREEDY!!! And it is the Customer that is paying the price!! Not to mention losing some of their possible 'repeat' business...

Thankfully, I did not place an order, but I have been following this thread very closely, and just wanted to put in my :2c:

Imperial, Arnold, and Fenton, you will have complainers, Hillsboro is spread out more outside of main street area, more rural, might be a better choice. Fenton is STL County while the others are Jefferson County.
Good Luck in your home search!

5 days short of waiting a month for my order. I didn't order much. I've been told 3 times that my order would be sent out tomorrow and yet I wait.

Sent from my phone using two broken thumbs.

Yeah I've changed my opinion. Even if the juice is good I'm done with this company.

Customer service is at least half of the experience with a company in my opinion. And they get a big fat F in that category.

Now we have an actual email address to send stuff too instead of filling out a contact request form on their website.

I am upset it has taken this long. I am upset with a lack of communications and unprofessional-ism with their website and still taking orders. But i will still try and support a new vendor get started. Rookie mistakes happen. I hope they learn from this once the waves have settled. For how cheap the juice was during the sale, i see no reason to get angry or give up already. But thats me

I understand all that but when it's been 20 days and it hasn't been shipped is pretty bad IMO.

my honest opinion is that lucky 7 did not expect sales to go nearly "viral" and soonersfan1 stated that early in this thread. jeez people the company is only a couple of weeks old and were not prepared for those kind of sales.

i may suggest to any and all vapors to keep a good supply of juice on hand. i have 6 months worth of juice stocked and i don`t care if i have to wait 2 months to get it as long as the juice is great when it gets here.

lucky 7 may not have the proper customer support in place yet but soonersfan1 has come here and given us updates and that is good enough for me.

That email address is the same one they send your order confirmation email from...

They are more than a couple of weeks old fyi And its not a matter of running out of juice or anything, its the principle, take money, ship product
