soonerfan, just thought i would let you know... the tracking # on one of my orders seems to be bogus. i know its generated by UPS and certainly not your fault. ups tracking says its an invalid format. it should be 1ZXXXXXXXXXXX with the X`s being all numbers. my tracking # has letters mixed in with the numbers. is this tracking number for real? have you heard the same from others? just wondering. going to ckeck out those new flavors now. :toast:

Things are moving along ........ happy people! Orders getting filled and delivered. Now that the compliments are flowing I can't help but notice the rip 'em apart monger 'SpacedOutKitty' is absent. Good old 'SpacedOut'....... only around when there is a chance to tear apart; not one to compliment.

:) Tom

yeah i noticed that too.

I got my order yesterday, it had a minor issue. Emailed to inquire about it, and had a response and resolution in like 30 minutes.

Without getting too sappy, stuff like that is rare these days. I can honestly say, I'm L7V from here on out.

High five Sooner.

nowhere in my post do i mention USPS. i am talking about UPS only. UPS is telling me that its own # is an "invalid format".

edit to add: >>> The number you entered is not a valid tracking number (e.g. typical format is 1Z9999999999999999). Review the number provided or contact the sender to verify the number.

Hmmmmmmm ..... my number is

1ZR___Y_YW________

with numbers in the blank spaces of course, and UPS is tracking just fine .....

it's in Jacksonville ...... I can almost taste it already.

Have you tried just clicking on the number that is in your e-mail notification???

the tracking # within the email is not a clickable link, it is just text. copy and paste into UPS tracking gives me not valid format. if your tracking # has letters also then my # is ok i guess. maybe mine has not been scanned in yet. thanks for your help.

Mine is 1zr(3numbers)y(1number)yw(8numbers), and the number in the e-mail is clickable. My guess is that when Lucky 7 put the number on the e-mail they "honked it up somehow .... I would guess that your number ends in a series of only 7 numbers rather that 8 (meaning they left off the last #). If so I'd just cut and paste the number into the tracker, and add digits until your order came up ...... lol

Is the buy 3 get 1 free still on? Do I need a coupon code?

The buy 3 get 4 is no longer on ..... however they have reduced their prices, and with the coupon code ECF15, you will get an additional 15% off of your juice bill.

They are however, giving a free bottle with an order of over $60

Perhaps the OP should get the thread title changed?

I don't know if that can be done .... but if I were Soonerfan1, I'd seriously consider killing this thread, and starting a new one under a more "general" title so we can discuss Lucky 7.

This one contains some pretty uncomfortable "growing pains" posts that I'm sure everybody would just as soon forget .... just my opinion.

got it!!!!! it was the second letter in the middle of the number. i had the 8 numbers at the end so i looked elsewhere for differences. went halfway through the alphabet and voila!!! thanks!!!

I agree with Macaroni, this thread should probably die. Especially since the sale that this one is related to is long gone. This way any new members will not get confused about the current pricing and sale.

I finally let my Lucky 7 juice steep for a little bit and spent a week with 3 of the 8 flavors that I had purchased. I will try to get a post into the other Lucky 7 discussion thread.

I've popped in here every once in a while just to see what was happening and I saw Sooner's post regarding suggestions etc for the next sale. There were a lot of interesting suggestions, but my thoughts on it are that since we don't know his ingredient and overhead costs, it would be difficult for us, the customers, to suggest a sale. But just from the initial prices, it would seem to me that any "sale" that they have will be ok for a majority of us. Just as long as the juice is of good tasty quality.

And it looks like I accidentally started a glass preference for bottles. I just happened to have them on hand, so that's what I used. While my preference would be glass bottles, I'm not sure if offering it as an option to their customers would be a good idea. I would be afraid of the glass breaking with juice in it during transit and that would add another layer of headaches to Lucky 7. If they were able to offer glass at a reasonable price while making sure it was safe during transit that would be ideal, but I'm just not sure if I would do it if I was them.

With the link provided earlier, it might be more feasible for those of us that prefer glass to purchase the glass bottles separately and transfer the juice after arrival. I guess it would come down to if glass is more fragile while filled with liquid and the added weight or if it's the same empty. I was just trying to look at this from their point of view. Their main concern being getting the juice to their customer without leaks or breakage, and most likely plastic is the best solution for this. This would keep one variable out of the equation.

Anyhow, just my random thoughts on a lazy Saturday afternoon. I hope everyone has a good weekend. Now hopefully I'll have the energy to post in the discussion thread. I think I need some coffee first. :)
