1300 Mah battery issue

Recently got a new 1300 Mah battery for Ego clearomizers. It worked fine for the first few charges although it didn't seem to last as long as I thought it would.
I put it on the USB charger it charged fine but when I put the tank on it and tried to take a puff the blue led blinked 3 times and no vapor.
I put it back on the charger,
the led on the charger stayed green,
the battery flashed 3 times, then one time, then blinked like 20 times.
What does the 20 blinks mean?
I measured the voltage with the button pressed and it reads 3.6v.
I tried 2 tanks, same problem, 2 USB chargers, same problem although they charge my other batteries.
The tanks work fine on my other 2 batteries.
What could be wrong with this battery?

How long the battery last each day varies by each person based upon how often they "hit" the ecig and how many "puffs", and your daily maintenance....my 1300's, will last usually 12-16 hours..all my ego batts (900's, 1100's, 1300's) will blink sporadically and in no particular consistent pattern when initially plugged in for charging but not all equally, and shut them off (5 clicks of the button for non variable batteries)..I use a wall charger and found that a computer and a USB charge just didn't last long each day, even though a green "fully charged " light indicater was showing..also nightly before charging I clean out the battery connector center pin area with a piece of tissue and get rid of that excess liquid and black carbon like substance that daily accumulates in there..daily cleaning will lessen or stop those excessive blinks and prolong the life of the batteries..also a wall charger is much more effective..I also click my ego's 5x and shut them off nightly when charging and then in the morning, reclick the button 5x to restart them..these simple little things have made my batteries last over a year and all day vaping with 1100-1300's..

Sometimes those lights could mean a short OR the coils resistance is too low for the device. Look up your device and see what the minimum resistance it will run is. If your coil is lower than the minimum resistance requirements set by the device it will behave this way as well. You might check, just to rule this out. Best wishes

The battery worked fine for the first few days with the same 2 coils/tanks that still work fine on my other 2 batteries. The coils resistances are 3.2 and 3.4 ohms. Resistance across the battery is 10.23 kilo-ohms
I might add that the USB charger led is green and the battery led is off after the 20 blinks once it is initially plugged in.
When working right the USB charger would flash red/green and the battery led would stay on
