What are the button-looking things on the atty/tank on the top??

When you press the button, a little liquid is released into the atomizer.

Debra figured it out! The button on the cartridge is for the liquid. When you push the button on the cartridge it releases a little liquid into the 510 atomizer making it similar to dripping.
