I have 8 14500 batts trustfire that I need to keep changing out of my 3.7 bottomfeeder every 1.5 hours or less. When I charge them and check them out on the multimeter they all read 4.12 or so.
Why are they discharging this quick? Then I got them they were lasting me a half a day or more.
So I am thinking it not the charger, but the batts. I have a hard time believing they are all fried at the same time. 6 of them are 3 months old and 2 of them are 6 weeks old.

Thoughts? Idea?? or garbage???

Sorry to ask again, but were you using LR right from the get go? *just trying to establish a base comparison*

I believe LR draws a lot of current. Therefore, your batt won't last as long. I believe IMR's are the way to go with LR. Although I can't say. I'm using regular protected batts at this point. My next purchase (when postal service resumes) will be a pair of IMR's just to compare. A lot less mah, but that's ok. With the eGo, 650 was lasting me the day.
