Holy crap.......Oh, and so you can all get an idea of what I am talking about with the kitchen, here's a little peak of it.

That is a doorway that used to lead into the living room. The wood you see is what the actual walls in the living room are. Then there are two layers of drywall over it. You can see where they put the old cabinets OVER the doorway, then cut the drywall to fit around the rest.
my one and only "neighbor" (ten acre parcels side by side, so not too close, thank tha gods!) is the neighbor from hell. Put it this way....we had to have a horse put down, because we know (can't prove, but have no doubt) she poisoned. She has a continual wild dog puppy mill thing going on, horses starving and dying on her property...She is certifiable (was recently 51-50'd), perscription pill addict/alcoholic. To top it all off, she has some weird fixation on my mother, and has been driving by her new place (she is the number one reason my mother moved out of the ranch, they bought a property up the road so she wouldn't have to be her neighbor any more).
