OK, I'm back. I had to spend a little time ripping our Senator a new orifice before I logged on here, though. I got a robo-response to my communication to him about the deeming regs, and his letter assured me that I had no need to worry, because all the vaping products prior to 2007 would be protected under grandfathering. So I 'splained the facts to him. Now we're probably on a watch list or something... I didn't pull any punches...

I got the Disrupter figured out, but I have no clue how this iSub tank works, so I'll have to go find a video on it. I can't wait to try that juice he sent. One of them smells like melons... I was drooling, all right, but it was over the smell of that juice! LOL!

I read the whole instruction manual, and played around with the buttons and stuff, and I think I can work it now. I just put one of my protanks on it for the moment and changed it down to 7.5 watts and it seems perfect there for the tankful of Berry Bomb I have on it. So I'm tootling away on it! :D

I'll take a picture of it, but I have to do my nails first. The dang Disrupter is so gorgeous, my ratty nail polish detracts... I'll make time to do that tomorrow. Now I have to see if I have any polish that will complement that beautiful aqua color. Amazingly, even though it's not a color I would have chosen, now that I see it in person, it looks positively ELEGANT. I feel like a stupid old cow next to it.

I will DEFINITELY be using this every day. It's going to be my "coffee table" mod. It's way too purty to take outside. ;) Now Cody's sending me a shiny, too, and when I get that, I'll prolly say the same thing! LOL! I'm going to try to make a sheath for Cody's, though, so I can take it with me if we go somewhere. Neither one of these will be going to the barn with me, of that I can assure you.

I HAS A HAPPY.
With the iSub G, the coil actually acts as the 510 connector. The tank bottom comes in two pieces. If you remove the first (lower) piece, then you can swap out the coil. The coil is inserted through the tank bottom (and there is an o-ring that seals the coil so the juice doesn't leak). If you unscrew the second (upper) piece, then you can fill the tank and the entire coil and bottom hardware remains in one piece. What I like about the coils is that the top of the coil has a wire mesh covering it, so theoretically if there is any popping or crackling, the juice doesn't splash up into your mouth. The coils are also very inexpensive, running about $10 for a 5-pack. The one thing I don't like about the coils is that the cotton is packed a bit on the tight side, so if you're running it close to around 40 watts or so, you could start getting dry hits if you chain vape or when the coil starts to get a little gunked after a couple of days of use. You can loosen the cotton a bit using a pin, but if you make it too loose, then the coil will start to leak.

Long shot... go into the nvidia control panel, change it to one monitor, apply, then change back to two monitors.
I've tried that :( I tried forcing it to detect the number. Forcing to detect more monitors. I've spent probably 5 hours today playing with settings. :( I'm going to test my hdmi cord on hubby's PC when he gets off work. Praying it's the cord and not my video card going out. I don't have the monies to replace that, lol.

That's what I was thinking - the cable or the port - but was trying to come up with something else you could test in the meantime... now I got nuthin.... :( I hope it's the cable - easiest fix.

He told me earlier today and the first thing I thought was that you would cry. (from happiness and just the sweet giiving nature of it)
Heck I almost cried.
I just want to say that I am so touched by how sweet all of you are.

Lannie, I can tell now that John sent me the istick to give to my friend who in no way can afford one.
She had mentioned to me about a week ago how she wanted one..
When I saw john offereing to you I pm'd him and explaiined the situation just in case you were not interested.

(only if you were not interested!)
He then pm'd me back and said that he had something else for you and asked for my address.

He did not tell me until earlier today that he sent you the ECF disrupter.. I could not wait to see your post that you got the package:)
I have no words for how amazing you all are and how happy I am that we all somehow "met"

My friend Laurie is so thrilled to have an Istick.
She could not believe how nice people are either.
I'm pretty sure that the iStick will work well for Laurie. I have only charged it up 4 or maybe 5 times in total since I got it at the beginning of March. Until I started collecting temp control mods, that was the primary mod that I used (for about 3 weeks..lol). In the entire time that I have had it, not once has it auto fired and it never felt warm to the touch when charging the battery. I had mostly used the Nautilus Mini on that mod (except for one day when I first got the Subtank Mini). With the Subtank Mini, I upped the wattage to 18 watts, but the rest of the time it was only ever used at 12 watts or lower with the Nautilus Mini.

Ok, good stuff first.

YAY!!!!! I love this group. Y'all are amazing. Jseah, I don't know of anyone (outside of here) that would give away a brand new mod they won in an exclusive contest just to help somebody and make them smile.

Lannie, I sincerely hope you enjoy that Disrupter. Not in the manner of you better or else, but in the manner of it's a great mod and should serve you well, and because it has such special meaning to it. :vapor::thumb:

Seleya, sorry about the 'puter troubles. I used to do that all the time with my laptop. Stupid ex shattered the brand new Dell's screen, so I used a 19" tv. If you have any other outputs on the computer available try one of those to the tv. I know a lot of the newer ones only have HDMI though. :nah:

Now the bad.

I'm jinxed. :( *sigh*

I was mowing the lawn trying to make everything pretty-fied for BF's return on Saturday from away job and was being nice to the neighbor. We have no fence between our front yards and it looks funny if one's mowed and the other's not. We're good friends so I figured, hey it's only an extra 20 mins or so. He's done ours before so I'd return the favor.

I got all the weed wacking done first. Only took 2.5 hours , cuz nobody's done it in three weeks. Got it edged and trimmed, and cleared out the sections I know the mower doesn't reach.

Went to get the mower and decided to start on the section of yard next to the driveway on the no fence side of the house. Got almost done with that when *ching! rumble rumble rumble* I hit something. I had like two strips left and had already cleared his water meter. What the crap? Powered down as fast as I could and investigated.

Apparently, under two weeks of matted crab grass and nobody weed wacked it in forever was this brown thing that had been eaten by the yard. Turns out he has a drain line clean out access in his front yard. That extends from the ground by a couple inches. That is now missing a nice chunk out of the cast metal cap.

Upon inspection of the mower, the blades are seriously messed up... and it seems I may have bent the shaft. It's a 2yr old Husqvarna 4 wheel drive walk along with the nice Honda engine.

I now have a puzzle piece yard and a potentially livid BF to handle. :-x

If anyone knows of a very deep sizeable hole, please let me know...

Ouch....I've done that before, but luckily the cap to the drain line clean out was plastic.

I can refuse cats, but not puppies
I can't refuse any baby, but with the adult versions, I am Cat Man; Lannie is Dog Lady.
Well it's good it did start. That tells us the ignition system is functioning. Leads one to believe a fuel issue. Trash in the carb under the float needle. The way you talked about carb mounting to the engine I assume it's all tight? A air leak after the carb would make it run lean or not run at all. I'm out of ideas, but I do my best problem solving in my sleep sometimes
Well, I tried to squirt some gas in the carb and it is still no go. It turns over as good as ever, but no fire.
Good luck with that Rich! I'm here to tell ya it ain't gonna happen! Ninja keeps his well outta my reach.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Seriously. I would have no doubt used the Disrupter if I had won one of the 400, but I won't buy one because I love my little iStick30, which does everything I want and is not a huge box mod, so I won't be buying anything else or trying to use anything Lannie has or will soon acquire. I also do not have shinitis or desire any bling or special colors. I am into functionality and my little iStick is simple silver with a simple silver Protank-II... not even any colored rubber bands or any of that stuff. No sub-Ohming and cloud chucking...EVER! Lannie can do whatever she wants with her toys. All I do with my binkie is fill it with juice and suck on it. :)
