And I just remembered why I hate people.

Today is taste test day at work. We get sent samples by juice lines and we put them out on a table next to the counter for the customers to try and give us feedback to see if we want to order them. These companies call us once a week at least trying to see what we think.

We just opened half an hour ago and I'm trying to get some stuff done while we're slow, but the phone keeps ringing. A customer walked in, I was talking to her and the bloody phone rang again. I excused myself and went to answer. In the time it took to get the phone, she decided to leave.

When I hung up with the stupid telemarketer, I realized the customer had jacked three bottles off the tester table.

This isn't the first time they've disappeared....

I hate people.

If you don't have money and need it, I'll GIVE you a bottle from my personal stash. Don't take the ones we need for feedback.
People suck...lol...I hate people. Present company excluded.

The Aromamizer is a RDTA, which is basically a dripper that is fed from a tank. The juice flows from the tank down around the sealed build deck and then under the build deck. The bottom of the build deck has 4 holes drilled into it, so the juice flows up through these four holes. The wick will sit on top of these holes and then will wick the juice up to the coil. The tank section is in one piece and the build deck is separate from the tank section, so you can remove the build deck to change the wick or change the coil without needing to empty the tank. There are a ton of videos reviewing the RDTA and demonstrating how to build on it. When the Aromamizer first came out, it had a standard RDA 3 post build deck, but they came out with a version that has the Velocity style posts. What I love about the Velocity style posts is that the coil connections are separate for the two coils, which makes it much easier to build on. You don't need to worry about positioning and holding in place two separate coils. You just need to do them one at a time.

Gah! I finally learn what "RDA" and "RTA" mean and now they come with an "RDTA!" It's a PLOT, I tell you! LOL!

Thanks for the clarification. :) I'll do some video watching and reading on those. I wish I could figure out if I could re-coil one of these iSub Gs. If I could do THAT, I'd never buy another tank. I know dripping probably gives better flavor (and I love da flavors, yes I doooooo!), but I'm not a person who can just sit and drip/vape. I'm always moving, always doing something... except when I fall asleep, finally. Then I don't move for several hours, or so I'm told. ;) Otherwise, it's grab the mod for a quick hit as I go by. If I ever "retire," maybe I'll look into drippers. :D

Yeah, I was tired yesterday; now I'm re-tired. Seriously folks, by the time Lannie actually "retires," I'll be so old she'll call me the dripper....

Look at some of the single coil "genesis" style rdta's, some are simple to build, give great flavor (on par with rda drippers) without the hassle of dripping.

Got my Cyber Monday purchase from Vaporshark today. A silicone shark skin for my DNA200 and two Vortice RDA's. Put a dual Clapton in it. It definitely holds up to its reputation as a flavor atty. It actually makes me cough if I take a really big hit.

Thank you, Cody. I'm still reading, but I'm very, very confused... I found a guide to RDAs and RTAs (and RDTAs) that said a Genesis style was a bad choice for a beginner because they're "trickier" to learn to build on. I'll keep reading, though. :)
If you build them as origionally intended (using stainless steel mesh) the are tricky, but that isnt needed...you can build a simple coil, and wick with rayon, works great.

I wish someone could sit at the kitchen table with me and SHOW me all this stuff. I can do it, but it takes so much longer to learn stuff by reading. If I could just SEE it... Other than being so far from a store, this is one of the major drawbacks of living in the middle of nowhere. There's no one to show me how to do something I don't already know how to do! I know how to do ALMOST everything now (just ask Rich! LOL!), but there are still a few things on my list!

When I was learning how to can, I couldn't find anywhere that told me if the water should be over the top of the jars, or just underneath the rings. Grandma (who canned all her life and KNEW these things) was dead. Mom said, "Why on EARTH would you want to go to all that work when you can just buy canned stuff at the store?" Yeah, no help there. Finally, I plucked up my courage and went over to a neighbor I barely knew, but she was OLD (she was at LEAST 60! ROFL!) and asked her if she knew how and could tell me. She did better than that. She went to the store with me, we picked up a load of peaches and tomatoes, and she came over to my house and SHOWED me. OMG, it was so easy. And we became very good friends after that, which was an added bonus.

Not having an actual person around that knows how to do something makes it a bit harder, but not completely impossible. I just have to read more stuff, to compare and filter out the BS.

The only difference is i use rayon, and i make the tail go all the way to the bottom of the tank...

I have a Genesis style RTA. Honestly I think it is a real pain to build on because you have to build it using a vertical coil and then the cotton wick goes through the coil and all the way down into the tank. It is a real pain to fill as well because you have to remove a small screw, drip juice down in the screw hole and then put the screw back in.

Mine doesn't have a fill screw.....just an open hole. You'd think it woykd leak, but it doesnt....and because of the layout of the terminals, its not really like mountong a vertical coil at all, since you dont have to bend the coil legs.
Oh, and Lannie....if you do a spaced coil, you won't have to torch the coil like he does in the video

Oh, hell, off I have to run again! (Bread to be made, dough is risen) I watched Cody's video, and it looks simple to coil and wick, however, maybe filling would be not so easy? I guess it depends on the model. I'll watch John's video next time I get a chance. Thank you, guys! And that first video WAS just like he came and sat at the table with me and showed me! Excellent video! Thank you again! :)

You may want to watch this video by VapnFagan too. He actually does a more detailed walkthrough of the tank. He does mention that you don't want to lay the tank down on its side, otherwise it will leak. As long as you keep it vertical, it won't leak.
