I'll have to watch that one later, when I'm less wound up than I am right now, because he's just pissing me off. The Fagan one is over 30 minutes, so I'll try to watch that sometime later, when I have 30 minutes to string together. I don't have that many right now.

I'm thinking of a nap...didn't sleep till after Jim's alarm went off at 5:30, cats woke me up about 9:30... I've been dragging all day

I have these periods where I literally sleep for 24 hrs, I call them down days, I have sleep apnea and shift work sleep disorder, so I never get proper rest, and it catches up with me sometimes

Whenever I watch one of Rip's videos, I just think this is someone who needs to cut out coffee from his diet. I have always found his opinions to be spot on though.

I have been napping a lot during the day (just got up from a 30 minute power nap), so I've been going to bed around 3 am.

I am usually pretty good, I dont spend to much time awake during the daylight hours on my days off, so my body clock.is more set for nights, but it still catches up with me

I never had sleep issues until I got sick....it got worse after working 24 hour shifts. I never could nap between calls in the ambulance...my EMT was a lousy driver.
